background

before SaaS, i worked in hospitality. hotels in spain and indonesia. running restaurants, managing events, working the front desk. it taught me how to read a room, adapt to anyone, and keep things running smoothly. that background shaped how i work today more than any certification or framework.

what i bring

i connect dots. i bring people together across teams that aren't talking enough. i take something that feels overwhelming and complex and make it sound simple. i've worked with 3-person startups and 500-person companies. the pattern is usually the same. smart people, good product, but the post-sales side hasn't caught up yet.

how i work

i embed with founding teams and build the things that don't exist yet. CS operations, onboarding processes, platform implementations, company strategy. whatever the team needs to go from figuring it out to actually running it.

i always start with the customer. understand who they are, what they need, why they stay or leave. then work through the people, the process, and finally the tools.
