a small CS team that needed structure around their customer base. planhat was the tool, but it needed to be set up around the way the team works.
what i did
- full planhat implementation: discovery through enablement
- mapped the CS process and designed planhat around it
- loaded data, configured workflows and dashboards
- shorter engagement, smaller team. same methodology
the result
- planhat configured and running, matched to the team's CS process
- team self-sufficient and able to manage planhat independently
