a small CS team that needed structure around their customer base. planhat was the tool, but it needed to be set up around the way the team works.

what i did

• full planhat implementation: discovery through enablement
• mapped the CS process and designed planhat around it
• loaded data, configured workflows and dashboards
• shorter engagement, smaller team. same methodology

the result

• planhat configured and running, matched to the team's CS process
• team self-sufficient and able to manage planhat independently
